Questions
- Which is cheaper, WinAGrant or Instrumentl?
- WinAGrant: $25 for one application, or $97 for 10. Instrumentl's AI drafting starts at its Pre-Award plan, $499 a month billed annually. They're built for different jobs: Instrumentl runs a whole grants program for a team.
- Is the $25 refundable?
- Yes, in two cases. If the grant you bought an application for wasn't real, had already closed when you bought, or is objectively closed to businesses like yours, we refund the $25. And if you find you don't qualify for the grant you picked, email hello@winagrant.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the $25. That 14-day refund covers one $25 purchase per customer, and if the grant hasn't opened yet when you buy, the 14 days start the day it opens. We never promise you'll win; the funder decides.
- When is Instrumentl the better choice?
- When you manage a grants program with a team: prospecting, a shared pipeline, and post-award tracking on its higher plans.
Refund details are in Section 3 of our Terms.
