1. Service description
WinAGrant (“we”, “us”) provides a grant-matching search engine and AI-assisted grant application writing tool for small businesses. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any grant application drafted using WinAGrant will be funded.
Drafts are provided as a starting point only. Prior to submission, you must review each application and confirm that all facts, figures, and claims are accurate, complete, and attributable to you. Any certification of accuracy made upon submission is made solely by you.
2. Pricing and billing
WinAGrant offers two ways to get a grant application written: a single application for $25, or a $97 purchase (charged once, processed via Stripe) that gives you your full matched list and includes up to 10 AI-written grant applications (for whichever grants you choose), with no expiration. The $25 single application works with or without the $97 and can be purchased repeatedly. Any purchase ($25 or $97) includes one (1) month of Scout at no charge and with no subscription. Scout finds new grants that match your business and emails you an alert when they open. Scout does not include any written applications; writing is always purchased separately ($25 per application, or included with the $97). During your free month, you may opt in to extend Scout to three (3) months free total, after which Scout automatically renews at $15/month until you cancel. If you do not opt in, Scout simply ends after the free month with no charge. We will email you before the first charge. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
3. Refunds
Before you pay, you see how many grants you qualify for, what they pay, when they close, and how well they fit your business. Because the purchase is made with that knowledge of your matches, it is final once completed. If you believe the grants you were matched with are genuinely not relevant to your business, contact us within 14 days at hello@winagrant.com and we will review your case individually. Scout subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use WinAGrant only for lawful purposes. You may not use our AI grant writer to submit materially false information in grant applications, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service, or resell access to the platform without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Grant application text generated by our AI is yours to use, edit, and submit freely. The WinAGrant platform, matching algorithm, and underlying software remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
WinAGrant is not liable for grant application outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made by grant-awarding bodies. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
