1. Service description
WinAGrant (“we”, “us”) provides a grant-matching search engine and AI-assisted grant application writing tool for small businesses. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any grant application drafted using WinAGrant will be funded.
2. Pricing and billing
WinAGrant is a $97 purchase, paid once — no subscription — processed via Stripe. This gives you your matched grants and includes up to 10 AI-written grant applications (for whichever grants you choose), with no expiration. Additional applications are available for $25 each. Your $97 also includes three (3) months of Scout at no charge — Scout finds new grants that match your business and emails you an alert when they open; an active Scout membership also includes up to 10 additional AI-written applications per month through the Grant Writer. After the three-month free period, Scout automatically renews at $15/month until you cancel. We will email you before the first charge. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
3. Refunds
Before you pay, you see exactly how many grants you qualify for. Because the $97 purchase is made with full knowledge of your matches, it is final once completed. If you believe the grants you were matched with are genuinely not relevant to your business, contact us within 14 days at hello@winagrant.com and we will review your case individually. Scout subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use WinAGrant only for lawful purposes. You may not use our AI grant writer to submit materially false information in grant applications, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service, or resell access to the platform without our written permission.
5. Intellectual property
Grant application text generated by our AI is yours to use, edit, and submit freely. The WinAGrant platform, matching algorithm, and underlying software remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
WinAGrant is not liable for grant application outcomes, missed deadlines, or decisions made by grant-awarding bodies. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
