WinAGrant vs GrantCopilot

Pay per application, or subscribe? Here's which one fits how often you apply.

GrantCopilot is built for nonprofits, researchers and grant professionals. It costs $24 a month plus tax, or $18 a month billed annually ($216 a year). Both plans start with a 7-day trial that needs a card and covers up to 3 proposals, and it includes eligibility analysis and a simulated NIH peer review. WinAGrant charges $25 per application with no subscription, and is built for small businesses and nonprofits applying to federal, state and private grants. Pick GrantCopilot for NIH and research proposals, or if you'll draft more than one a month. Pick WinAGrant if you want one application without starting a subscription.

Questions

Which is cheaper, WinAGrant or GrantCopilot?
For a single application the prices are close: $25 once at WinAGrant, or $24 a month plus tax at GrantCopilot, which renews until you cancel. If you draft more than one application a month, GrantCopilot costs less per draft. WinAGrant's $97 pack is $9.70 an application.
Is the $25 refundable?
Yes, in two cases. If the grant you bought an application for wasn't real, had already closed when you bought, or is objectively closed to businesses like yours, we refund the $25. And if you find you don't qualify for the grant you picked, email hello@winagrant.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the $25. That 14-day refund covers one $25 purchase per customer, and if the grant hasn't opened yet when you buy, the 14 days start the day it opens. We never promise you'll win; the funder decides.
When is GrantCopilot the better choice?
For NIH and research proposals, where its simulated NIH peer review fits the job, and for anyone drafting steadily every month.

Refund details are in Section 3 of our Terms.
