WinAGrant vs Grantboost

Pay per application, or subscribe? Here's which one fits how often you apply.

Grantboost is a monthly subscription built for nonprofits, grant-writing agencies and university research teams. Plans are $32, $49 and $66 a month, all with unlimited AI usage, and its free plan gives you 10 Writer chats and 10 grant views a month with no card. It can learn your voice from past proposals and runs a full grant pipeline for a team. WinAGrant has no subscription: $25 for one application, or $97 for 10 that never expire, and every draft is sent to Strayguard™, our in-house AI review. Pick Grantboost if your team writes several grants a month or wants drafts in its own voice. Pick WinAGrant if you apply a few times a year and want to pay per application.

Questions

Which is cheaper, WinAGrant or Grantboost?
For one application, WinAGrant: $25 once, versus $32 to $66 for each month of Grantboost. WinAGrant's $97 pack works out to $9.70 an application. If your team drafts several grants every month, Grantboost's unlimited AI usage can cost less per draft.
Is the $25 refundable?
Yes, in two cases. If the grant you bought an application for wasn't real, had already closed when you bought, or is objectively closed to businesses like yours, we refund the $25. And if you find you don't qualify for the grant you picked, email hello@winagrant.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the $25. That 14-day refund covers one $25 purchase per customer, and if the grant hasn't opened yet when you buy, the 14 days start the day it opens. We never promise you'll win; the funder decides.
When is Grantboost the better choice?
When a team writes grants every month, needs several seats, or wants drafts that sound like its past proposals. Those are the jobs its plans are built around.

Refund details are in Section 3 of our Terms.
