WinAGrant vs Grantable
Pay per application, or subscribe? Here's which one fits how often you apply.
Grantable has a free plan with every feature and 5 chat messages a day, then Starter at $50 a month and Pro at $150 a month, with 17% off for annual billing. It surfaces SBIR/STTR programs and state incentives for businesses and turns long federal solicitations into a requirements checklist. Pro is aimed at teams running many grants at once. WinAGrant has no subscription: $25 per application, or $97 for 10. Pick Grantable if you want a team workspace or you're working through a long federal solicitation. Pick WinAGrant if you want a finished application for one grant at a time.

Questions
- Which is cheaper, WinAGrant or Grantable?
- Grantable's free plan costs nothing, with 5 chat messages a day. Its paid plans are $50 and $150 a month. WinAGrant is $25 for one finished application, or $9.70 each in the $97 pack. If you'd use Grantable every week, a subscription can cost less per application.
- Is the $25 refundable?
- Yes, in two cases. If the grant you bought an application for wasn't real, had already closed when you bought, or is objectively closed to businesses like yours, we refund the $25. And if you find you don't qualify for the grant you picked, email hello@winagrant.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the $25. That 14-day refund covers one $25 purchase per customer, and if the grant hasn't opened yet when you buy, the 14 days start the day it opens. We never promise you'll win; the funder decides.
- When is Grantable the better choice?
- When a team runs many grants at once, or a business is working through a long SBIR/STTR or other federal solicitation and wants every requirement turned into a checklist.
Refund details are in Section 3 of our Terms.
